    Positive Excellent staff customer service. Check in experience was a VIP treatment. From parking to receiving a welcome drink with a Daifuju mochi and a hot hand tower.     Positive 모든것이 다 좋았습니다. 특희 직원분들 한분한분이 너무 정성스럽게 대해주셔서 크게 대접받는 느낌이었습니다~ 웰컴 드링크와 딸기모찌는 너무 이쁘게 내어주셨고, 떠나는날 아침에는 예쁘게 포장해서 주먹밥까지 챙겨 주셨습니다. Arayu에 가게되면 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다.

    Positive 夕食の囲炉裏の風情がよかった。料理も多彩で満足しました。また、静かな雰囲気の中でのお酒も楽しみ、体重がＵＰ(*^^)v。食事後の快眠セラピーで寝落ちしそうになりました。スタッフの皆さんの丁寧な対応や気さくな総支配人の接待に感謝です。
