Positive Staff was great, onsen was my favorite I would say. Other places don't let you go in the onsen if you have tattoos but this wasn't a problem here so I went multiple times! Really like the bamboo floor mat in the room too. Thinking about getting one in my home now! haha. It was a comfortable bed as well. Think this was one of the best sleeps I had in Japan.

Positive Great location and friendly staff. I will definitely be back! Authentic onsen and rooms are traditional and great experience of Japanese culture. We could check in earlier as well!!!!

Positive We had a short but truly wonderful stay at the Nakajima Hotel. Our authentic Japanese-style room was spotless and had everything we needed. The shared bathroom was also very clean, and we loved the experience of washing ourselves in the traditional onsen. Dear Tomoko and husband, thank you so much for the warm hospitality and for dressing me in a real kimono
