Positive Toru is extremely welcoming and friendly, he also speaks a good english, the house has everything you might need, really well taken care of. Location is good, from Kyoto station you can reach the house just with a bus. Also the location is close to the University, just 12 minutes walking or 5 by bike (which Toru makes available).
