Positive Great capsule hotel in a good location near Shin Okubo Station (JR Yamanote Line). There are 2 buildings for this place and I was placed in the newer one and it was very clean and easy to use. The length of the capsule (and bed itself) was just enough so that I could fit as a tall guy (193cm = 6ft. 4in.), which was nice compared to some other capsule hotels

Positive The bed was soft and comfy. The staff were nice and efficient. The bathrooms were clean. It was decent location and good value

Positive Modern space with nice capsule beds. Washroom and shower room is great. Staff is friendly as well and some can speak decent English or are working on becoming better at English, which was appreciated.
