    Positive It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was pretty much exactly what we hoped for. We loved the neighborhood, which was very close to the water (including an onsen), the Ichi-ran HQ, and within 30 minutes by foot from Hakata and Tenjin stations, and their respective neighborhoods.
