    Positive having two toilets and shower makes getting organized much faster. we are five so it was useful. three rooms great location. near the asakasa station,( it's not Shibuya Shinjuku and i think it's a plus). It has an elevator so luggage need to be carried just a couple of steps. Beautiful place, smart design, I do recommend this place.
