Positive Although the lobby is not located on the ground floor (and it felt more secure), we appreciated the easy access to our floor. In-room washer/dryer was very convenient. Location is easy access (5-minute walk) to Gaienmae Station and along the way, there's a few cafe/bakeries and a market.
