Positive The stay itself was an extraordinary experience! Amazing view. Nice onsen. (The benefit to use onsen late night and early morning was nice.) Kind staffs!

Positive The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train
