Positive Extremely cheap for a private room on a Saturday night during a long holiday. In this sense the cost performance ratio was excellent. The owner speaks fluent English (actually fluent, not customer service script-fluent), so for those who enjoy small talk or need a lot of help with itinerary planning then this is a real plus.
