    Positive The location is great, good walking distance from Nijo Station about 10 mins and the bus station about 4 mins. Close to a 7/11, a local grocery store, and a local drug store!

    Positive The property was amazing. Very clean and quiet away from the city. 711 very conveniently around the corner. Easy to get to all the tourist areas. Room also had a balcony and storage space in the closet for your luggage. Also had a small stove to cook your food and microwave onsite.
