Positive First of all, the staff was so incredibly accommodating, welcoming and helpful. When I got sick they took care of me, and even gave me a call button in case I needed them for anything. Positive The hotel is having best location. Few minutes walk from Yamagata station. The Yamako bus terminal is right behind the hotel. Easy access to attractions like Zao Onsen, Yamadera, Tendo, Kaminoyama and many more. The staff was helpful in resolving all our queries.
