    Positive Very inviting atmosphere. We took the complementary shuttle bus to the ryokan, which made getting there a breeze. The staff spoke a little English and that was enough to understand their instructions. We stayed in the cheapest room, and it was very cozy. The kaiseki dinner was fantastic. They had private outdoor onsens that we used, and they were very relaxi

    Positive Very great stay in the middle of nature. Amazing food. So nice staff and helpful. Nice hot spring. Well organized place and hotel arranged my transportation from Hemiji station to the hotel and back in the next day. Hotel staff look after the guest to take the specific requirements specially food restrictions.
