Positive We enjoyed the area, close to port and it is an easy walk from the station. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were always quick to respond and they provided clear and easy instructions/directions. Loved staying there!

Positive Online response is always available..the staff were very helpful. Got aan issue with the code on smart lock,but was reoslve quickly with online conversation with hoyel staff. Room was very clean and we love the clothes dryer at the bathroom. Such a great stay experience indeed.
