    Positive My third time staying here. It's in a friendly neighborhood which has everything you might need. It has a basic outdoor kitchen on the terrace. It's away from downtown but still an easy walk for me. I drive, but just park the car. Driving downtown is not sensible. Valencia is a wonderful host!
