    Positive It was exactly what I was looking for, close to Chichen Itza, Cenotes, and a clean place with plenty of comfort for me. And the owners are very kind, friendly and helpful.

    Positive The owner and family (& friends too) made us feel very welcome. We extended our stay an extra 4 days. There is a great shared kitchen you can use anytime. The rooms are very simple but you really cannot beat the price. There are food options, a mercado, and a modelorama right nearby on C. 37.

    Positive Welcoming friendly staff, cosy accommodation. Short 20 minute walk to town easy access to the cenotes. Room was very clean, comfortable bed. Water refill and cooking facilities. The room with the fan was perfect for the temperature. Road is noisy but as expected when close to any road at an accommodation. Would stay again and would highly recommend..
