Positive The location was great. They have English Netflix. Safe drinking water is available. The staff was nice, helpful, and unobtrusive. Space heater available. A few things to be aware of: steps it was 55 stair steps up to our room but we had a great view. The church across the street rings bells every morning around 07:00, no sleeping late. Positive Convenient hotel to reach central San Cristobal. Bed comfortable. Nice terraces up the steep steps where our friends were staying, in another room. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
