    Positive The room is small but clean and comfortable. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Ado Central Bus Station and a good base in Cancun. Fernando (the owner) was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I enjoyed my stay.

    Positive Very nice host, he helped me and answered every question very promptly. Location is convinient, close to ADO bus terminal. Also buses to Zona Hotelera are not so far away. Groceries and restorants are very close
