Positive A lovely property in a very quiet residential area. Spot on for push bike ride into town or the beach and donates nearby if your reasonably fit. I would not let the location deter from the fact it’s a really well run organised place with a lovely little pool and outdoor area. A welcome retreat from the business of town

Positive Very stylish and well-equipped studio. Very comfortable and spacious, the facilities were clean at all times. We decided to extend one night, which was an easy process. There were parking spots on the street and nice places to eat in the neighborhood. The area is very calm and great to rest after a busy day around Tulum.
