    Positive I was almost dissuaded by other reviews, but they must have made changes since then because we had a wonderful experience. Excellent service and friendliness! For example, we booked a sailboat ride. We sailed off but there wasn't enough wind so they decided to not charge us for it. Even though we had a nice time out there. Little details like that.
