Positive If you don’t need fancy, this is an awesome choice. It was very clean and comfortable. Steps from 5th Ave and the beach. Though it was so close to the party scene, the noise wasn’t bad. The pool was nice, clean, and quiet. It also gets great sun during the day. Other reviewers have said that it’s hard to find but the front of the building looks exactly like
