Positive The air conditioner in the main room didn't work, The bathroom was not clean, and the shower was not working properly. My wife and niece got bit by bad bugs. The pool had a lot of broken tiles. The person in charge asked me for a $2000 pesos deposit before giving me the key to the room and has not returned it back. It's been 4 days now.
