Positive It’s a new property and a great location between central Cancun and hotel zone. Still undergoing some renovations but it’s still very beautiful. Staff is very responsive via WhatsApp which is great.

Positive The staff was very helpful. They allowed me to leave the luggage at their facilities while I could enjoy the rest of the day after the checkout. The rooms are very spacious, and the bads are just comfortable the way I like it.

Positive Clean and spacious. Half an hour walk to one of the smaller beaches and close to some lovely restaurants and local markets etc. I was able to do several excursions which I could walk to the pick up points locally (10 min walk). Security was good if the main door was kept closed as you need a code to access the main entrance and then another code for your roo
