Positive Beautiful grounds on the hotel. It was peaceful. The food was nice too. I shared that I was vegan and the chef made sure I had some options during the rest of my stay. The staff were kind, and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and within walking distance from plenty of good options and the beach! I will definitely be coming back!

Positive The room was very spacious and the location of the hotel is perfect for playa del carmen. It is 2 blocks away from the Main Street with all the shops, restaurants and bars. The room was cleaned daily and the balcony view was amazing. The breakfast was descent but not many options. The staff were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating during our stay. Def

Positive The pool is beautiful, everything is clean, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Especially Edwin went out of his way to make our stay, but everyone was very friendly. We did not want to leave!
