Positive I looked at the ratings before booking and saw they were either 10 or 3, but the hotel looked nice, so I took a chance. What I found is that if you are given a good room, you will rate this hotel a 10, but, if like me, you are given a crap room, it’s definitely a 3. The rooms are cramped, stuffy, smelly, the beds uncomfortable and the breakfast was a joke. T
