Positive I have stayed at all the local hotels in the main Tlaxcala area and this one is my favorite. It's certainly one of the best. It's certainly one of the quietest. It is not too far from the main square/ plaza of Tlaxcala. It has the best WiFi of all the local hotels. It's a small hotel. The staff is excellent. The rooftop terraza is amazing. I have stayed here
