The room was perfectly comfortable and the bathroom was great, all was very clean. The staff were professional and friendly, attending to our every need. Always there when you need them and never overbearing. Returning here after a day exploring Oaxaca

    Positive The hotel was very beautiful, quiet, and had all the services we needed. It was not too far from the centro area and offered a quieter neighborhood. We felt safe knowing the hotel is gated with security. Hotel is very well kept and clean. Staff was extremely helpful when arranging transportation and assisting with luggage, room service, and spa reservations.
