Positive We had trouble with water to flush the toilet, we had to call reception at least in 3 different ocasiones, also on our departure day we went out the hotel early in the morning, 3 hours later we went back to collect our luggage and fo the checkout but the receptionist wouldn't let us get the room key pretending we were not on the system, even showing him our
