Positive Located 1 hour away from Cancun airport, a short taxi ride from Playa del Carmen (15€ taxi ride). 5min walk from hotel a small souvenirs area, pharmacy etc, all inclusive family friendly a gated community so quite safe. Tucan and Quetzal both share the common area and are located on the outside of the central jungle area with the restaurants, pools, etc. lov

Positive I liked everything. Only issue was dinner. Some nights some restaurants were closed which made finding one that could accommodate you difficult. Some seemed short staffed.
