Positive Nice and calm condo, a bit off the more noisy center of Playa. Right at the shopping and restaurant zone (5th Ave) and 3 min from the beach

Positive Spacious unit with larger kitchen & great upstairs shower. Easy communication with host & lovely foliage surrounding property. The furniture in the living area was nicely made & comfortable. The locaion was ideal, on the nicest block in Playa -- lots of trees, quiet, shaded. Close to a favorite high-end restaurant of ours, Amate 38.

Positive This condo is on a lovely tree lined street with tons of restaurants and just a very short walk to the beach. The pool is fantastic and while you can walk out the door to for to so many wonderful restaurants and be in the heart of the city, it’s super quiet, relaxing and calm when you come back. Gated entry
