Positive Ease of location, use, big pool ... plus the owner made us a huge favor. We forgot our passports at the house, and they traveled 4 hours to our home in Merida to bring us the passports for our family, who left the next day.

Positive It was very quiet in a secure location. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very good. Our arrival was delayed due to issues with transfers and buses, but Guzman was very patient and helpful in waiting to accommodate us. Although it’s a distance from the beach there are frequent colectivos that pass the entrance. Cost is 10 pesos per person per journey - ex
