    Positive The staff was super friendly. We were running a bit late to check in due to some issues, but the staff was very understanding and communicating with us. The location was perfect to explore and find a new place to eat and relax.

    Positive so close to town and such a lovely atmosphere. the view from the room was so cute. very close by to the ruins, the caves and the Christmas market. the breakfast was lovely and the service was great.

    Positive Comfortable hotel in the perfect location. Room was compact and bijou but had all that we required. Water and coffee/tea too….although perhaps some China cups would be nice.
