    Positive i liked the fact that checking in was super easy and information was provided promptly. the place was very clean and most appliances worked properly (except heating). internet connection was very good. it is easy to access and travel explanations were clear. I stayed one night :) all in all, very good - thank you!

    Positive We arrived around 11am, there was only one person taking care of all the hotel and despite he was very busy he was friendly and he managed to helped us with all the things we needed and got us a seat to wait until our room was ready

    Positive The location is fantastic—peaceful yet well-connected. You're not right in the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still just a quick tram ride away. It’s situated right across from the zoo, where I even enjoyed my morning coffee with a view of the flamingos! 🦩 Grocery stores are also just a short walk away, making everything super convenient.
