Positive The location is fabulous and outside the city with green spaces around you, also it is really quiet and perfect for relaxing. Busses, Trams, and supermarkets are not very close but it is easy to reach using the free bicycles provided by the host. Free and safe parking around the house. It was very clean and the host was very friendly. She exceeded our expect

Positive The flat was super clean, warm, comfortable. We had everything we needed for a weekend. Easy to check-in and out. Very friendly, helpful host with fast communication. As I was working at the Houten Expo dyring our stay, it was perfect as the flat is only 6mins away by car.

Positive Everything was just fantastic. The owners were wonderful, they were very helpful. I loved that the Guesthouse has its own bikes, it was a pleasure riding them in Utrecht. The Guesthouse was very clean and tidy. The owners prepared a book with a lot of tips about restaurants, grocery shops etc. It was an amazing journey. The guesthouse was wonderful.
