    Positive Victor gave us a great welcome (we were late as our sat nav failed) and he made the children extremely welcome. He ensured we were settled and felt comfortable and happy. He lent us a trampoline and we had use of bikes, a rowing boat and canoe. We had a memorable time, the setting is sublime with the garden and shade. We caught fish and explored the canals a
