    Positive The house is in a chalet colony by a little yacht harbor. It has a charming little garden. The interior is elegant and although the space is fairly small, it's very efficiently used so it doesn't feel cramped. It has two separate bedrooms, and the whole neighborhood is without car traffic so all in all, it's a great choice for a family with small children. T
