Positive Room was clean, Beds were comfortable. Had swipe cards to enter elevators after a certain time

Positive The staff were very accommodating and kind! Greeted us with a smile everytime and were very outgoing. Made every interaction a pleasant one. As we arrived in Auckland before check in time we asked staff if we could please keep our bags there while we explore Auckland and they happily said yes.
