Positive Outstanding views over the sea and Wellington runway! Only background noise during the day. A proper hob & oven to cook proper meals. Great washing facilities and lovely deck to sit out on. Brian & Saffron are lovely hosts and it was all very private and friendly. Bus 23 stop outside was brilliant to the city. No need for a car. Lyall Bay, Island Bay close b
