Positive Fenced. Comfortable seating for all family members when in living/lounge areas. Plenty of bench space to do meal prep. Excellent water pressure (shower). Great area for outside relaxing, morning coffee, evening cup of whatever relaxes you. Handy to 4 square and walking distance to local areas. Space to put clothing/bags/suitcase so out of way. Felt like home
