Positive Very lovely apartment that had the tram running right in front of property. Older buildings that is quaint but very functional. Fridge, stove top, microwave, and excellent amount of kitchen ware. Wonderful restaurant called Salsa at the corner down the street and tram station a little further along. Little convenience stores close by to purchase food items.
