    Positive Vlad's apartment was great. It has an amazing view that you just fall in love with. The location is perfect, like 20 minutes from Funchal so all the tours for the levadas or around Madeira can easily pick you up from this area as well, so you don't have to go to Funchal to join them. Also, right next to the building, there is a great restaurant with really g
