    Positive The apartment looked clean, organized, well located, right in front of a public parking area. Very to check-in and out. We forgot an item in the apartment and the host was kind enough to locate and send it back to us. Excellent customer service!

    Positive The place was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with a washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and other things including a dishwasher which we didn't use. To be honest, there weren't enough dishes to make its use effective! The shower and hot water were efficient. It was fairly centrally located and entry was straightforward.
