Positive The location of the house and the amount of sleeping space is really great. Perfect for two couples or a small family. Although there are four bedrooms, I wouldn't put more than 4 people in the house due to the small size of the living room and lack of relaxing space. If I owned this home, I would consider turning the master on the third floor into a seating
