Positive One of the best locations on Pico Island. Close to the iconic vineyards of Criacao Velha and the main village of Madalena. Makes for a great jumping off point to explore the rest of the island. Was also a great value, would highly recommend. Joao was a great host.

Positive Had a great stay at Casas de Verdelho. The host is super helpful and took me for grocery shopping as we didn't have a car. Also arranged for pickup and drop off at airport. House is clean and well stocked with the essentials.
