    Positive The location was cool, very close to public transport, it was cleaned and the staff was attentive. When we arrive the room smelled like a pipe, we opened the window and everything was fine, sometimes the bad smell came back but nothing to serious.

    Positive We had to find a place on super short notice near Campanhã station when we found the Guesthouse Franco. The owner and her son (and entire family, really) were so incredibly kind and accommodating. Even with our somewhat unusual circumstances, they really worked hard to make our stay a positive one, and for that we are grateful.
