Positive Very comfortable large room with an enormous king-sized bed. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Location could not have been better if you have business in the Casa da Musica area.

Positive The customer service is great, the breakfast is at a good standard. You can also ask for gluten free or other. Around 30min walk to centre, but near the hotel you have a huge food court, all the shops etc.
