    Positive The location, neighborhood, easy access to the metro and taxi stand, beautiful area overlooking garden, many, many amenities very close, air conditioning and heat, elevator to unit, easy/secure entry, clothes washer with built-in, very efficient clothing hanger for drying, MANY convenient electrical outlets all over, attentive owner.
