Positive Spacious and clean. Nice building within walking distance of good food, scenic viewpoints, a grocery store and pharmacy. We had no problems with street noise. It would have been a perfect ten, but there is no insulation at all between the floors, so if you and your upstairs neighbors don’t share the same hours it is very noisy.
