Positive The room had a comfortable bed, mini refrigerator, wardrobe, air conditioner, and a balcony with a view of the water. There was also a washing machine on the 2nd floor. We arrived in Setubal hours earlier that the 16:00 check in time and the management team allowed us to leave our bags at their office, which was a short distance away.

Positive Good price/quality accomodation. The balcony with river and mountain view was what we enjoyed the most. Comfortable beds and access to a shared kitchen, with some useful utensils.

Positive Location (right opposite the ferries to Troia and within walking distance of most of the old city), comfort, roof terrace, amenities (washer), sound insulation, AC works well and is relatively silent.
