Positive The property is absolutely fine. We did not use the pool, but in the summer must be a plus. Beds and sofas very comfortable. It is a very quite residential area and very easy to park outside, even it has a garage. Neighbours are very welcoming. They have a code to get in the house and everything is very well explained. You need a car as it is in a residentia
