Positive Great location. Easily walkable to sights in the Baixa, but quite hilly if going to any other neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. I enjoyed it so much, that I will return there soon and can recommend it as a good value.

Positive The location is the best! Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived early that day and left the luggages at the front. When we came back at night. The luggages were already in our rooms! Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. We reserved 2 rooms and the interesting thing is the balcony is shared.
